I thought at first it was the white thing on the mud flap that looks like it's flipping a bird, then I noticed there were actually birds on the back. At least I think that's what they are. How did he get them to stay on like that, usually when I tie chickens to my vehicle they fly off. I guess maybe pulling the feathers off helps. Maybe he gives them a sedative too. Anyhow, yes this behavior should not be tolerated. Did it have a "Do you like my driving" phone number on it, if so we should call and complain that his breasts and thighs are distracting while driving.
